Description
The Twelfth of March is the true-life story of Leo Echendu, a village boy who pulled himself up by his bootstraps and reached the pinnacle of his career as a bank Executive Director.
An ex-Seminarian who later opted out of the journey to priesthood, he sent himself to the United States for the axiomatic greener pastures. But the pull of country was irresistible. Unlike many of his colleagues, he not only returned to marry his heartthrob but also came back after his studies.
But Nigeria also happened to him. A cancer survivor, he was also a kidnap victim. Yet, Echendu remains a diehard optimist who passionately believes in the viability of the Nigerian project.
