All is now set for the hosting of the 2023 Q1 edition of the CIAPS Business Leaders Forum. The theme of this 2023 Quarter 1 event is “Internship and Recruitment of Graduates and Professionals.
This event has been designed as a roundtable that will bring together Human Resources and Talent Managers to discuss business transformation from the HR perspectives in a reflective forum that allows networking and exchange of ideas between professionals from different sectors and industries.
The main aim of the forum is to make HR practitioners strategic partners in the advancement of businesses and to achieve this, the forum will work with HR and Talent Managers to:
- Understand the trends in global HR and their impact on local practice
- Leverage business knowledge to foster professional HR Practice
- Understand the impact of digital disruptions and see them as an opportunity to advance business objectives.
This 2023 Q1 event has been put together as a webinar. The event is slated for Tuesday, 21st March 2023, and will start at 10 am and finish at 1 pm with red carpet and cocktails.
Commenting on the CIAPS Business Leaders Forum for HR and Talent Managers, CIAPS Centre Director Anthony Kila noted that the event is “part of our efforts to understand and help to improve the world we live in” he also noted that “an event like this one is an opportunity to engage with professionals on issues that will soon affect their world”.
