All is now set for the unveiling of the Africa Entertainment Network (AEN), an online Social and Professional Networking platform dedicated to African entertainers and entrepreneurs.
The unveiling event will take place at CIAPS Lagos on Saturday, 15th of December 2018and it will be a Saturday morning of Music and Cocktails, where actors, Musicians, Producers, Models, Dancers, TV presenters will mix with media entrepreneurs and leaders of thoughts.
In a statement signed by the AEN President Emdee David, who is also a CIAPS graduate of Media & Journalism and confirmed by the Network’s, chairman Mr. Dare Babarinsa, the network revealed that this is a major event to bring entertainers together to see how synergy and networking can better their career in this digital era. The future is digital and it will be regrettable if entertainments do not prepare to fit into the digital space with whatever they do.
Emdee Davidalso added that the platform once active will provide the opportunity for Actors, Musicians, Producers, Models, Dancers, TV presenters and other creative people to showcase their works, seek or give opportunities to develop talents and careers and also provide other privileges for tour, travels, health and Life insurance to registered members.
Expected at the event is actor/comedian Funky Mallam who shall MC the event.
Special Guests of Honour include: Prof. Anthony A. Kila of CIAPS, Nollywood actors Keppy Ekpeyond, Tony Akposere (Zacky), Ronnie Dikko, Isaac & Nneka Moses (Goge Africa), veteran reggae musicians Righteousman and Pupa Orits Wiliki, Tony Trimmel, Prince Tony Ogbetere (Big Tony) and other notable entertainers.
