Job Description
Award-winning tour operator needs a Travel Manager with good business acumen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, development and improvement of all aspects of customer service, including customer processing, administration, and complaints, across all brands and communication channels.
As part of a small management team within Sales and Service, they’ll develop and implement a high-quality, efficient, and effective Sales and Service function in order to achieve overall business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage customer service and relations.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Manage Reservation and Booking systems
- Give Immigration and Visa information
- Suggest options and extra travel ideas to clients
- Manage bespoke group bookings.
Qualification and Skills
- Professional Qualification in Travel Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Negotiation skills
- Organized Professional
- Second language preferred
