Though all my classes were held virtually the sessions were engaging and interactive. Learning was similarly interesting.
I understudied a banking and Finance certificate course. Through the well-planned program, I was exposed to some topics like laws and regulations in finance, customer relations etc. Through these topics (and professional advice from my tutor) I have seen myself soaring in my career as a banker.
Some skills I have built on through the course are managerial and customer service related. These have been instrumental to some successes I have recorded in my career. One of the topics is emotional intelligence, a quality a customer relations officer should possess to be able to understand and manage his or her emotions and those of others and handle interpersonal relationships empathetically. This has helped me a lot.
To me, CIAPS is a great place to acquire knowledge, develop oneself and enhance one’s career and I won’t hesitate to recommend it to people poised in gaining knowledge.
