Job Description
Construction and Renovation Company needs a dynamic and flexible Quantity Surveyor with Management Skills that estimate and manage the costs of materials, and labor and assists in supervising other workers on building projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pricing/forecasting the cost of the materials needed for a project.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
- Selecting and/or sourcing construction materials.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on-site.
- Inspecting and paying vendors.
- Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
