The CIAPS Christmas Education Roundtable for Parents and Teachers aimed at helping parents understand how schools can work better for them.
The programme is an initiative of the Commonwealth Institute of Advanced and Professional Studies, with input from ECAPS, Cambridge, The Association of Head Teachers UK and PTA UK.
It is aimed at Parents, Guardians, Teachers and School Heads interested in improving student performance, learning experience and relationship between school and homes. The programme has been designed with a lot of inputs from Parents, Teachers, School Administrators, Top Education Consultants and Children.

Programme Outcomes
By the end of this programme, participants should:
✪Have a good understanding of various formal and informal figures that affect children education.
✪Know how to use modern methods to manage various stakeholders
✪Have a good understanding of their roles, responsibilities and how to manage these
✪Have a good idea of how to deal with complaints and expectations from all stakeholders
✪Have gained valuable insight from various parents, teachers and school administrators
✪Know how to manage social and emotional issues that may affect children’s performance and wellbeing
✪Have a good understanding of how to manage possible financial issues
The Programme will take place at CIAPS Hall 21 Adekunle Fajuyi Crescent off Adeniyi Jones Lagos and it is slated for Saturday 17th December 2016. From 2 pm prompt.
There will be a cocktail and networking Session from 5pm to 6pm.
Participation
Fees Total fees for the programme is
7,500 Naira per Parent or Guardian. 13,000 Naira for Couples
A school is allowed 2 participants free. (This must include an administrator and senior teacher)
