Lagos-based International Graduate School, CIAPS will play host to Tutors and Teachers from across Nigeria as experts gather in Lagos for one week from Thursday 1st to Wednesday 7th August 2019 to work on strategies for creating professional tutors and teachers.
This program is an initiative of the Commonwealth Institute of Advanced and Professional Studies, with input from ECAPS Cambridge. Successful participants will become Certified Tutors and will be authorized to use the CT designation in front of their names.
The program is also organized as a forum to network and allow educationists, regulators, and managers to share practices, reflections, and observations with top practitioners and academics across the globe. It will be an opportunity to share direct and inside tips about our ever-moving sector.
Confirming the event, CIAPS Centre Director, Prof Anthony Kila noted that the program is It is a CIAPS Certified Programme aimed at Tutors and Heads of tutoring organizations from Europe, Africa, and some Commonwealth countries.
Interested participants are required to register on the Center’s website www.ciaps.org. Individuals who cannot afford to pay their full tuition can approach CIAPS for support via the CIAPS Commonwealth scholarship.
CIAPS is the first paperless academic institution in Africa, and the career development and training program is part of its effort to be the factory of professionals in Africa.
