The Commonwealth Institute for Advanced and Professional Studies (CIAPS) invites researchers, scholars, and practitioners to submit papers for the upcoming publication and symposium on “Science and Governance.”

Science and governance are intricately linked, shaping policy, society, and the future. As the world grapples with complex challenges like climate change, public health crises, and technological disruptions, the integration of scientific knowledge into governance becomes more critical than ever. This call seeks to explore the intersections between scientific innovation, evidence-based policy-making, and the ethical, social, and political dimensions of governance.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts: Submissions should include a 200 to 250-word abstract outlining the paper’s scope, methodology, and significance.
- Full Papers: Final manuscripts should not exceed 3,000 words, including references.
- Formatting: APA format for citations and references.
- Deadline for Abstract Submission: 30 December 2024
- Notification of Acceptance: 10 January 2025
- Deadline for Full Paper Submission: 30 January 2025

Publication and Presentation
Accepted papers will be published in CIAPS proceedings, and authors may be invited to present their work at the upcoming symposium on Science and Governance at CIAPS.
