Overview

Learning Outcome
Upon completing th Certificate in Project Management course, students will understand project management comprehensively, from initiation to successful project completion. They will learn key leadership and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to guide teams effectively while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project goals. The course will also cover the preproject phase and the essential steps needed for project success, including initiation, planning, and communication.

Applicants for this course should have a first degree or equivalent (Bachelors, HND). Having a good grade is a major advantage. Applicants without such qualifications may apply, but their applications will be subject to a more complex process and they will be required to demonstrate their ability to successfully follow the programme.
In all cases, applicants will be tested by CIAPS through written assessments and verbal interviews. Applicants will be deemed successful only if they are judged to possess a good mix of:

This course is led by a USA based project management expert and will incorporate a worldview of project management through the use of case studies, journal articles, and project briefs.
