Tim Lui graduated from the University of Cambridge, with a First-class honours degree in Engineering. He then went on to study PGD in Entrepreneurship at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
Tim is the current Acting Vice-President of Cambridge University Technology and Enterprise Club, an organisation that facilitates Cambridge University technology transfer and commercialisation. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing of the organisation’s events and services.
Using his skills in technology and business commercialisation, Tim started a software company, Cambridge Transport Solutions Ltd. He is currently leading a team of software developers to build innovative web and smartphone applications to improve the efficiency and value proposition of passenger transport systems. The company is funded by Downing College of the University of Cambridge and is currently working with Cambridgeshire County Council to deploy such a system to create a demand-responsive transport service that is both shared and flexible.
