Oladele Osinuga is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, England and Wales, and Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also an accredited Mediator and admitted Counsel to the International Criminal Court and the Kosovo Specialist Chambers both in the Hague, Netherlands.

Oladele is a leading expert in Public International Law, Legal Reform, Corporate Governance, Business Risk and Compliance, Data Protection and Privacy, Business Integrity and Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Asset Recovery, Combating the financing of terrorism, Mediation, Strategic, Change and Leadership Management.

Since March 2023, Oladele has been Litigations and Prosecution Lawyer at Bury Metropolitan Borough Council. From March 2020 to March 2023, He was the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF is an Organisation of American States affiliate) Prosecution Advisor in Belize embedded with the National Police Prosecution Branch and Program Lead for the US Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Belize Justice Sector (Prosecution) Reform Program. He is also Senior Counsel, Chambers of Chief Lanre Adeniyi and Co, Lagos and Principal Partner Lexfiscus Associates, a UK and Nigeria based multidisciplinary international law and business consulting firm. A Prosecuting Litigator and Lawyer since 1994 previously he has worked at the London Boroughs of Camden, Enfield and Hackney, European Union in Kosovo, the Crown Prosecution Service, UK and Lawyer and Compliance Specialist, with Olympus Corporation UK & Ireland. In addition he has been engaged as a Criminal Justice Consultant by the International Development Law Organisation and the PADF in the Bahamas working on the reform of the Justice Sector and also for Consultant for Institutul Pentru Initiative Strategice AO funded project by UK DFID on Anti-Corruption and the Judiciary in Moldova. He has acted as Expert Consultant (Pro-bono) to the Chairman of the Nigerian House of Representatives Committee on Treaties and Protocols. He is on the United Nations Development Programme Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery Rule of Law, Justice and Security roster of deployable Experts and is UK Foreign Office and DFID Deployable DV Security Rule of Law Expert.

Oladele holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Philosophy from Ogun State University, Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from London Metropolitan University, Master of Arts Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, Comparative Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law from the University of Gloucestershire, Certificate in International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Human Rights Law from Salzburg Law School Universität Salzburg and Certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Regent’s School of Psychotherapy & Psychology, Regent’s University London.

Oladele is Contributing Author Social Science Research Network ssrn.com where he has authored over ten peer reviewed articles on International Organisations, Conflict, Rule of Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights and International law in leading academic journals drawing on his professional and academic experience.
