Prof. Norman Flynn is the Academic Director of the Public Policy and Management Programme, and Director of the Centre for Financial and Management Studies, University of London.
He has previously been Chair Professor of Public Sector Management at City University of Hong Kong and has held academic posts at the London School of Economics, the London Business School and the University of Birmingham.
He has worked and written about public sector management in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia, public sector reform in developing countries and about the relationship between business government and society in Asia.
He has training and consulting experience in Slovenia, China, Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Georgia, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Scotland.
