Melissa Henry studied Comparative and International Education at the University of Oxford before then she earned her BA in French and Secondary Education in Texas and obtained a CELTA certificate in Ecuador.
Melissa is a global citizen who advocates a variety of topics within the international sphere, with specific interests in linguistics, culture, and education. She was born in Texas and she has lived and travelled in Ecuador, France, Taiwan, and England.
Her professional experiences have centred on teaching French and English as second languages and directing English camps. She has also organized a variety of volunteer projects to benefit local communities.Melissa enjoys learning about cultures and languages through travelling and living in different countries.
She is currently working on projects and research aimed at building bridges between countries and cultures in order to increase global communication and understanding, thus providing a gateway for education inside and outside the traditional classroom environment.
