“…To predict the performance of an Executive and an Office, just observe the Assistant…”
-Anthony A Kila
Ask any top executive in the private or public sector and they will tell you one of the crucial drawbacks they face in achieving their goals is having a sound personal or executive assistant.
A survey carried out recently amongst Chairmen and Directors, Ministers and Commissioners, Legislators, Advisers and top Consultants revealed that they all want people who work closely with them to be loyal and flexible.
They also want their PAs and Executive Assistants to have good written and verbal communication skills, be capable of managing logistical issues such as their travels and appointments, be able to deal with people of different level effectively and capable of following up with associates and stakeholders, prepare and research information for their projects and meetings.
A good leader or executive needs Personal and Executive Assistants of the future that can improve their performance in the offices and activities of executives and officers.
The PAs and EAs of the future will understand that the nature of their job is changing and threatened by technology, they will be able to make the most of technology and artificial intelligence in general, be versatile and capable of taking initiatives.
The Graduate Diploma for Senior PAs and Executive Assistants Programme is a short course designed bearing in mind the need of and with a lot of inputs from these Chairmen and Directors, Ministers and Commissioners, Legislators, Advisers and top Consultants.
